The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to shoppers, ensuring that shelves are stocked and organized, and processing transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail products and services, be able to build relationships with customers, and be motivated to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers to the store
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues
• Process transactions and collect payments
• Stock shelves and ensure that products are organized
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Meet or exceed sales goals
