The Managerial Accountant is responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to support the business decision-making process. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that help Flipkart achieve its goals.




Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements and reports, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support decision-making.
  • Oversee the accounting and budgeting process.
  • Manage the financial risk of the company.
  • Provide financial advice and support to management.




Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software
  • Experience with accounting software such as Oracle or SAP
  • CPA or equivalent qualification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 5+ years of experience in managerial accounting
  • Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
