The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance of a Vistara retail store. This includes managing the store staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the store's physical condition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the store staff, including hiring, training, and motivating employees
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving customer complaints
• Maintain the store's physical condition, including cleanliness, inventory levels, and marketing materials
• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase sales
• Work with vendors to negotiate prices and ensure a consistent supply of merchandise
• Prepare financial reports and track store performance
• Represent Vistara at community events and trade shows
