The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction with Wipro's products and services, and driving customer growth. The CSM will work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with key customers
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide ongoing support to customers, including training, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
• Drive customer growth through upsells, cross-sells, and referrals
• Work with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:
