The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to IndiGo passengers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
2. Resolve customer issues to their satisfaction
3. Provide information about IndiGo products and services
4. Process reservations and changes
5. Issue refunds and credits
6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
8. Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English
• Bilingual (Hindi/English) is a plus
