The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading and managing the customer service team at Asian Paints. This includes developing and implementing customer service strategies, managing customer interactions, and resolving customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
  • Manage and supervise the customer service team, ensuring that they are providing excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs for the customer service team.
  • Work with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent the company to customers and the public.
