The Help Desk Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to Infosys employees and customers. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving technical issues. The Help Desk Analyst must have a strong understanding of IT systems and applications, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails from employees and customers regarding technical issues.
  • Prioritize and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate level of support.
  • Document all technical issues and resolutions.
  • Work with other IT teams to implement solutions to recurring technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.

  • Strong understanding of IT systems and applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
