The Customer Care Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Flipkart customers. This includes resolving customer queries and complaints, providing product and order information, and handling returns and refunds. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
• Provide product and order information to customers
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer service experience is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
