The Supervisor is responsible for the overall performance of the Customer Service team. This includes ensuring that customer service standards are met, that employees are motivated and productive, and that customer satisfaction is high. The Supervisor will also be responsible for developing and implementing new customer service initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team
• Manage and develop a team of customer service representatives
• Monitor customer service metrics and make improvements as needed
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Work with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met
• Develop and implement new customer service initiatives
• Represent Jio to customers and other stakeholders
