The Customer Service Trainee is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Wipro customers. This includes answering customer questions, resolving customer issues, and providing customer support. The Trainee will also learn about the Wipro products and services, and how to use the Wipro customer service systems.

• Answer customer questions and inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 0-1 year of customer service experience
