We are looking for a Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts receivable, billing, and customer service. They will be responsible for processing payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Process payments and post receipts in a timely manner
• Resolve customer billing discrepancies
• Maintain customer accounts and records
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues
• Prepare reports and summaries of accounts receivable activity
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail
