The Benefits Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of Amazon's employee benefits programs. This includes designing, managing, and evaluating benefits plans; communicating benefits information to employees; and providing customer service to employees and their families. The Benefits Manager will also work with other HR teams to ensure that benefits are aligned with Amazon's business goals and employee needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration
