The Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Tech Mahindra's clients. This includes providing support via telephone, email, chat, or in person; resolving customer issues; and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their interactions with Tech Mahindra.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to Tech Mahindra's clients, both internal and external.
2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Ensure that customers are satisfied with their interactions with Tech Mahindra.
4. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve customer service processes.
5. Stay up-to-date on Tech Mahindra's products and services.
6. Other duties as assigned.
