The Customer Care Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Indigo customers via phone, email, and chat. This includes resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing information about flights, reservations, and other travel-related matters.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
2. Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
3. Provide information about flights, reservations, and other travel-related matters
4. Escalate customer issues to the appropriate level as needed
5. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude
6. Work independently and as part of a team
