The Assurance Manager is responsible for leading the team that is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of Lenskart's financial reporting. This includes developing and implementing revenue assurance policies and procedures, monitoring and analyzing financial data, and conducting internal audits. The Assurance Manager will also work closely with other departments to identify and mitigate risks to the company's financial health.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team that is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of Lenskart's financial reporting.
• Develop and implement revenue assurance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls.
• Work closely with other departments to identify and mitigate risks to the company's financial health.
• Provide guidance and support to the team on technical and compliance matters.
• Represent Lenskart at external audit meetings.
