Summary

The Customer Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers. They will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions, and resolving customer complaints.

• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Provide solutions to customers
• Resolve customer complaints
• Escalate issues to the appropriate team
• Document technical issues and solutions
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technical knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in customer support
• Strong understanding of computer systems and networks
• Experience with troubleshooting technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
