Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Summary

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products or services. They will be responsible for researching target markets, creating marketing materials, and managing marketing channels.

• Research target markets
• Develop marketing strategies
• Create marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, and social media posts
• Manage marketing channels, such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media
• Track and analyze marketing results
• Report on marketing performance to management

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in marketing
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Experience with marketing research, marketing strategy development, and marketing campaign execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to use marketing software, such as Google Analytics and Salesforce
