Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Department: Customer Service

Location: Lucknow, India

Reports to: Director of Customer Service

Summary

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department. They will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, developing and executing customer service strategies, and ensuring that customers receive excellent service

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of customer service representatives
  • Develop and execute customer service strategies
  • Ensure that customers receive excellent service
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Track and analyze customer satisfaction data
  • Report on customer service performance to management




Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
