Summary

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing sales in a designated region. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and building and maintaining relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans
• Manage a team of sales representatives
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers
• Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities
• Track and analyze sales performance
• Report on sales results to senior management
• Provide training and development to sales representatives
• Represent the company at industry events
