Job Title: Technical Specialist
Location: Bangalore, India
Reports to: Manager, Technical Services
Summary:
The Technical Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to customers and partners. This includes troubleshooting problems, providing training, and developing documentation. The Technical Specialist must have a strong understanding of technology and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical problems and identify root causes
- Develop and deliver training materials
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies
Skills:

Qualifications:
