Job Title: Programmer

Department: Engineering

Reports To: Software Development Manager

Summary:

The Programmer is responsible for developing, testing, and debugging software applications. This includes writing code, following coding standards, and working with other engineers to ensure that the software meets the requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programming languages and software development principles.




Responsibilities:

 

  • Write code in accordance with coding standards
  • Develop, test, and debug software applications
  • Work with other engineers to ensure that the software meets the requirements
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest programming languages and technologies




Skills:

  • Strong understanding of programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience with software development principles, such as object-oriented programming and unit testing
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong understanding of programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience with software development principles, such as object-oriented programming and unit testing
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
