Job Title: Technical Specialist

Department: IT Services

Reports To: Technical Manager

Summary:

The Technical Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to Wipro's clients. This includes troubleshooting technical problems, providing training to clients on how to use Wipro's products and services, and developing and maintaining technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
