Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Summary:
Oppo is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and a passion for providing excellent customer service. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide information about Oppo's products and services
- Cross-sell and upsell products and services to customers
- Maintain customer records and update them as needed
- Track and report on customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of success in customer service
