The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales leads, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of Airtel's products and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Close sales by negotiating contracts and resolving customer objections.
• Stay up-to-date on Airtel's products and services and the telecommunications industry as a whole.
• Participate in sales training and development programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
