The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing the customer relationship for Swiggy. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with key customers
• Identify and resolve customer issues
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the customer experience
• Develop and execute customer success plans
• Represent Swiggy to customers and partners
