The Customer Success Associate is responsible for providing support to Swiggy's customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with the company's products and services. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
• Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner
• Provide feedback to the Customer Success team on customer pain points and areas for improvement
• Work with the Customer Success Manager to develop and execute customer satisfaction initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Swiggy products and services
