Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to banking services
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex issues
Identifying and escalating recurring issues to the relevant teams
Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets

Requirements
