About the Role:

We're searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our growing team. As a Controller, you'll be responsible for a wide range of financial accounting and reporting tasks. You'll work closely with various business units to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, manage internal controls, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
• Monitor compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Identify and manage financial risks.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Risk Management and Treasury.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest accounting pronouncements and regulatory changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial accounting role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

This role is open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates. For experienced candidates, we're looking for individuals with a proven track record of success in a similar role. Recent graduates with strong academic backgrounds and a demonstrable interest in financial services will also be considered.
