Job Summary

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bank's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management. You will be a strategic partner to the business, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the bank's financial plans and budgets.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Oversee internal controls and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Partner with business units to provide financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.
• Stay abreast of current trends in the financial services industry and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage a team of finance professionals and ensure their professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior finance role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling tools.
