Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales team and develop and execute sales strategies that will help Uber achieve its business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and government officials.
• Develop and implement sales training programs and tools.
• Track and analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Represent Uber at industry events and conferences.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership.
• Proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and motivate teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel.
