As an Area Sales Manager at Indigo, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation within a designated geographical area. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets, maximize market share, and enhance the brand presence of Indigo in the assigned region.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve revenue targets and market share goals. Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and stay updated on competitor activities.
2. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional performance. Set sales targets, provide guidance and training, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and key accounts in the region. Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
