Responsibilities:

• Be the champion for your assigned families: Build strong relationships with parents and students, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Proactively engage and guide: Regularly communicate with families, proactively addressing any concerns and providing timely support.
• Become a product expert: Thoroughly understand our coding & tech curriculum and be able to answer questions and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Monitor progress and drive engagement: Analyze student performance data and suggest interventions to enhance learning outcomes and course completion.
• Gather feedback and advocate for improvement: Be the voice of your families, providing valuable insights to improve our programs and services.
• Contribute to the team's success: Collaborate with fellow Success Managers and other departments to create a seamless and enriching learning experience for all.
