We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Meesho Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing assistance and resolving their queries or concerns. Your friendly and patient approach, coupled with excellent communication skills, will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all Meesho users.




 

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide customer assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Listen attentively to customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions in a prompt and professional manner. Offer guidance on using Meesho's platform, addressing account-related questions, order tracking, and product information.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues reported by customers. Effectively analyze problems, conduct research, and use available resources to identify and implement timely solutions. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant teams while ensuring proper follow-up and customer updates.
  3. Maintain customer satisfaction: Foster positive customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating empathy and understanding. Strive to exceed customer expectations, going the extra mile to ensure their needs are met. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution, providing regular updates and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the process.

Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language(s) to effectively interact with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
  • Empathy and patience to handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive and helpful attitude.
