Indigo, a leading airline in India, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales effectiveness, optimizing processes, and supporting the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting new clients, and maintaining customer relationships. Provide administrative support, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and solutions to clients.
2. Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Review and verify order details, pricing, discounts, and terms and conditions. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.
3. Sales Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for the sales team and clients. Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and client visits. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analyses.
