As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at Paytm, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our merchants, understanding their needs, and providing them with exceptional service. You will be the first point of contact for our merchants, addressing their queries, resolving their issues, and helping them grow their business with Paytm.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned merchants:
  • Understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to help them grow their business with Paytm.
  • Provide regular updates and consultations on Paytm products and services.
  • Address their concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Drive merchant adoption and engagement:
  • Onboard new merchants onto the Paytm platform.
  • Educate merchants on Paytm products and services.
  • Encourage merchants to use Paytm features that benefit their business.
  • Track and analyze merchant performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the overall growth of Paytm:
  • Generate new leads and opportunities for merchant acquisition.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance merchant experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
