Responsibilities:

1. Customer Acquisition: Actively engage with potential customers to generate interest in Uber services. Educate customers about the benefits of using Uber and assist them in signing up and creating accounts. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding pricing, promotions, and service features. Leverage your knowledge of Uber's offerings to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
2. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance their loyalty and satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance. Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback to improve their experience.
3. Marketing and Promotion: Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract new customers. Distribute marketing materials, such as flyers and brochures, at strategic locations. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for local partnerships and sponsorships that align with Uber's brand values.

Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• The result-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with the local market and trends.
• Proficiency in using mobile devices and technology applications.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and knowledge of regional languages will be a plus.
