As a Sales Consultant at IndiGo, you will be responsible for promoting and selling IndiGo's products and services to customers. Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers by understanding their travel needs, answering inquiries, and offering suitable flight options. Promote and sell IndiGo's products, services, and ancillary offerings. Assist customers with flight bookings, ticket changes, and other related services.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers proactively and build rapport. Understand customer preferences, travel requirements, and budget constraints to provide personalized recommendations. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of IndiGo's flight schedules, routes, fares, and services. Stay up to date with promotions, offers, and policies. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers to facilitate their decision-making process.
