As a Customer Support Engineer at Meesho, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely solutions. Your role will involve active engagement with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide excellent technical support and assist them in leveraging the Meesho platform effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding platform features, processes, and policies.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including order management, payments, product listings, and account-related concerns.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
