- Sales Growth and Target Achievement:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Amul products within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt the sales approach and stay ahead in a competitive environment.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Amul products.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, and relay this information to the marketing and product development teams.
