• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling relevant products and services.
• Maintain and update client records and order documentation.
• Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve JWS Steel's offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform client communications.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
