• Contact customers with outstanding payments through various channels (phone, email, SMS).
• Understand customer situations and concerns through active listening and empathetic communication.
• Negotiate and agree on flexible payment plans that prioritize customer needs and company goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection progress.
• Escalate complex cases and collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding payments.
• Adhere to ethical collection practices and Myntra's customer service guidelines.
• Contribute to improving collection processes and procedures.

Skills:

• Minimum 12th pass (freshers welcome!).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult conversations effectively.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with a clear and concise style.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy and basic understanding of CRM software preferred.
