• Become the maestro of online classrooms: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons using Whitehat JR's unique curriculum and gamified platform.
• Tailor the learning experience: Personalize lessons to cater to individual student needs and learning styles, ensuring everyone thrives.
• Make learning fun and interactive: Utilize storytelling, games, songs, and creative activities to keep young minds engaged and motivated.
• Build strong relationships: Foster positive relationships with students, providing encouragement, feedback, and support throughout their learning journey.
• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with other instructors and curriculum developers to continuously improve the Whitehat JR learning experience.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (preferred).
• TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent experience teaching English to children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging and motivating young learners.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in developing engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Proficient in online teaching platforms and comfortable using technology in the classroom.
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude to navigate diverse learning styles and challenges.
