• Shipping: Weigh, measure, and package shipments accurately according to company guidelines and customer specifications.
• Receiving: Verify and log incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Documentation: Process shipping documents, invoices, and airway bills efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Customer Service: Provide helpful and courteous service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Warehouse Operations: Assist with loading and unloading of shipments, maintaining order and organization within the warehouse.
• Data Entry: Update shipment tracking information and maintain accurate records in the company database.
• Safety & Security: Adhere to all safety protocols and security procedures to ensure the protection of shipments and company assets.
