Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining documents.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with data entry and ensure the accuracy and integrity of company records.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Handle travel arrangements and booking logistics for team members.
- Proactively identify and address administrative challenges to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a back-office or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
