Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, social media) with promptness and courtesy.
- Assist customers with bookings, reservations, flight changes, and other travel-related needs.
- Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns before they escalate.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Vistara's products and services.
- Offer personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance customer travel experiences.
- Actively build rapport and positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
- Handle customer feedback effectively, addressing complaints and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document resolutions.
- Liaise with internal departments to expedite customer requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Promote Vistara's brand values and contribute to creating a positive customer culture.
Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Customer Service, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in computer skills and various customer service software applications.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Bengali and English is essential.
