  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients, proactively understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Identify and analyze client needs to recommend relevant IBM solutions and services.
  • Develop and present customized proposals that address client challenges and demonstrate business value.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage and monitor client accounts, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and improve service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical experts, marketing, etc.) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and IBM's latest solutions to provide expert advice to clients.
