• Chart the strategic course for JWS Steel's sales operations, setting ambitious yet achievable revenue targets and defining market expansion plans.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, optimizing pricing, distribution channels, and customer relationship management.

Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the steel industry or a related B2B environment.
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving profitable growth.
