As a Senior Manager of Technical Program Management at Myntra, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex technical projects. You will be responsible for defining and implementing program management processes, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will also be responsible for identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and communicating project status to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement program management processes to ensure the successful execution of technical projects
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Design to drive project execution and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management, with experience leading cross-functional teams
