Responsibilities:

• Become the data detective: Analyze and diagnose data storage and retrieval issues, identifying the root cause of data loss or corruption.
• Recovery maestro: Implement effective data recovery strategies using specialized tools and techniques, ensuring minimal data loss and swift restoration.
• Communication champion: Clearly explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders, keeping them informed throughout the recovery process.
• Documentation detective: Maintain detailed records of data recovery procedures and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
• Security champion: Prioritize data security and confidentiality throughout the recovery process, adhering to strict internal protocols.
• Team player: Collaborate effectively with IT teams, system administrators, and other departments to ensure seamless data recovery and system restoration.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of data storage systems, data recovery principles, and backup methodologies.
• Proficiency in data recovery tools and software (Stellar Phoenix, EaseUS Data Recovery, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and pressure-driven environment.
