Retail Sales Representatives play a crucial role in expanding Britannia's customer base and driving sales across various retail channels. They are responsible for generating leads, prospecting for new clients, closing deals, and ensuring that Britannia products are prominently placed and well-stocked in retail stores.

• Identify and prospect for new potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Britannia products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Negotiate prices and close deals.
• Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on Britannia's latest products and promotions.
• Ensure that Britannia products are prominently placed and well-stocked in retail stores.
• Provide merchandising support to retailers.
• Collect and analyze market data.
• Prepare sales reports.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a sales or retail role.
